Category field can now be copied from Placement and Submission records to Candidate profiles in automations.

What's New?

You can now copy the Category field from Placement and Submission records directly to Candidate profiles using the Update Candidate step in automations. This extends the multi-value field copy capability to include category information in both placement-based and submission-based workflows.

Why Does It Matter?

Recruiters and automation admins can streamline candidate profile updates by automatically populating category information from placement or job (via submission) data, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistency across candidate records without additional configuration steps.

How do I enable this?

This capability is automatically available in the Update Candidate step when you select "Copy a field value" as the update method. The Category field now appears alongside other copyable multi-value fields in both placement-based and submission-based automations.
